| Dear Valued Member, RE: SAMWUMED 2026 Contribution Increases As we have reached the end of the year, we want to update you on the upcoming changes to your monthly contributions. Mindful of the financial challenges faced by all South Africans over the past few years, the Scheme has made every effort to apply a reasonable increase in contribution rates, to the extent that we managed to keep it lower than in 2025 and aligned with our enhanced benefits for 2026.
