PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To assist our Regional Sales team by providing our existing and new members with excellent customer service during the annual Freedom of Association Period.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS WILL INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Assist with -:
- Membership application process and all administration related tasks.
- Handling of general queries.
- Distribution of marketing material to potential members.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Minimum Matric / Senior Certificate or relevant NQF level 4 qualification.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Computer literacy is essential.
- General Admin.
- Willingness to travel to various locations within a region.
